Department of Automation Technology (DAT) was established in March 2008 based on sharing the human resources and facilities from two departments: Mechanical Engineering Department, College of Technology and Telecommunication & Control Engineering Department, College of Information Technology and Communication.

Education

As being one of the seven departments of College of Technology, DAT is responsible for ensuring the quality of teaching of the two disciplines: Mechatronics and industry sector Technical Automation & Control

Research

Besides teaching, research and technology transfer have been recently focused and constantly promoted. Department has formed specialized groups, research group to create synergy in order to constantly improve the quality of teaching and implementation of advanced research.

Laboratories

Besides the development of human resources, Department also equipped with modern laboratories from basic to advanced levels to serve the teaching and research
